Manisa Factory
Manisa is a factory that manufactures some the Group's most important international strategic brands and is one of the most modern facilities to be built as a greenfield site by ITG. With the international and local brands that are being produced in Manisa, Imperial Tobacco highlights the growth potential of the Turkish market and also the wider region.
In 2007 Imperial Tobacco Turkey began export production from the Manisa factory and has exported to: Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Taiwan, Serbia, Iraq, Morocco, Israel, Ivory Coast and Lebanon.
The factory was built on a plot area of 60,000 m², with a closed area of 29,000 m². The building framework is constructed of concrete with steel pre-fabricated framework elements in its structure and was designed in compliance with Turkish and EU environmental standards. The production equipment is of the latest standard.
ITG Manisa is capable of great flexibility due to workforce structure and equipment format capabilities and has also built a reputation for Safety, Quality & Cost leadership. ITG Manisa is one of the most productive plants within the group.
