Through our Integrated Management System, comprising Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Energy Management Systems established according to our vision, mission, principles, and values, we aim to act in accordance with legal and other requirements, meet our stakeholders’ needs and expectations, gain their trust, fulfill our responsibilities towards society, environment and employees, continuously improve our service quality, and contribute to sustainable development.
Towards this aim, we commit to:
- Fulfill the requirements of ITG policies, legislation, and compliance obligations that we are required to follow and monitor
- Ensure continuity in meeting expectations through our customer-focused and competitive approach, effectively handling customer complaints
- Manufacture products on time and at optimal cost in line with our quality plans
- Systematically identify hazards and assess occupational safety risks; work towards ‘Zero Accidents’ by eliminating these risks or controlling them effectively
- Provide a safe working environment by incorporating OHS Culture into all business processes
- Create safe and healthy working conditions to prevent occupational diseases
- Prevent pollution in accordance with our identified environmental impacts to protect the environment
- Use resources efficiently; minimize waste related to our products, packaging, and production process
- Reduce our climate impact across our value chain
- Improve our energy performance by using energy resources efficiently, prioritizing energy-efficient products in our investments and choices, and supporting approaches to improve energy performance in design activities
- Discuss achievements and challenges with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement by sourcing products and services in a sustainable and socially conscious manner
- Create awareness and development in our business and supply chains by acknowledging our importance, impact, and role in promoting respect for human rights
- Create a more diverse and inclusive organization that reflects our consumer base and communities where we operate
- Achieve continuous improvement and success using the “Plan, Do, Check, Act” approach, which includes setting our objectives, targets, and action plans
- Provide necessary resources and training to achieve our goals
- Identify, evaluate, monitor, and take action when necessary on risk factors and opportunities that may affect the achievement of company goals, based on impact and probability within the corporate risk management approach
- Encourage all our employees to contribute to the implementation and development of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Energy Management Systems, obtain their views, and establish a culture where related activities are the shared responsibility of all employees by creating an open communication environment
